IT strategy as a military strategy

In game theory and the classical writings on military strategy (Clausewitz, Sun Tzu) is a clear opponent. In the marketing strategies of the opponent is a rival. Who is the enemy of IT-war? (Not user!)
As a result, searching for "enemies" inside and outside the organization were found:
- Competitors (no comment)
- Inspection and monitoring bodies (constant requests from the changing structure, counter checks)
- Suppliers and contractors
- Clients (the lack of loyalty, the need for additional information services,
- Technology (continuous change, incompatibility, low reliability, poor performance, security issues)
- Suppliers of IT solutions (unrealistic promises, high prices)
- Business (growth, continual change, conflicting strategies, probemy in communications, development of the budget deficit, fuzzy criteria
IT strategy - is a set of strategies - to win the war with different enemies.
