The seminar is held for employees of one organization: department managers, IT professionals, quality professionals.

In the course of training and consultation workshop you will learn practical methods and tools for modeling business processes, learn the basic notation of modeling. In one workshop, we discuss the different approaches and notation. As a result, you can choose the most effective set of tools for your company.

To perform practical tasks using business processes the customer - you have taken the first step in organizational improvement with the use of a process approach.

At the seminar we will look at the process approach as a method of effectively managing a modern company, we will study the specifics of the process management in the concept of quality management (TQM, ISO 9000), a methodology for project management PMBoK, standards for the use of IT in the organization - ITIL and COBIT.

One of the basic skills that is fulfilled at the seminar - the identification of business processes, creating process models of the upper level. Also studied techniques of interviews and collecting data to create detailed models of processes. We study the industry and functional models of the processes, as well as the reference model and the practice of using them for simulation.
